"DRAGONFLY" was the first painting in the totemic series, where “crystallism” as an artistic method gives way to the crystal as a central character - a totem endowed with its own energy and mythical content.
This series which currently includes three paintings - my creative appeal to Russian cosmism, pagan roots and the symbol in the personal universes that we create from birth; a symbol of connection of the earth and the sky, the eternal striving of one to reflect and comprehend the other.
