THE NEREOCYSTIS & A FLUTE
THE NEREOCYSTIS & A FLUTE - this interior graphic wall-painting was created according to the artist's sketch and continues the original art series, where the central character is a mythical anthropomorphic algae.
The new story became a part of a large interior project created and implemented by the artist.
Once again, we pay your attention to the technique in which the painting was created - graphic pointillism. The metallized base for the Nereocystis constantly changed it; it depending on the lighting, sometimes graphic becoming darker and more contrasting or lighter; sometimes it can shine. This visual effect makes the painting live. We tried to demonstrate the metamorphosis in a selection of photos.
Permanent markers were used for graphic painting, metallized acrylic - for base and interior paint for background toning.
The job took a full ten days of work.
The area of the drawing: 5 m2 (275 x 200 cm).
